We can update the terms, but we notify you 30 days in advance via email and on-site banner. Your continued use of your account after 30 days means you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, you can close your account penalty-free within that window.

Withdrawals via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are verified within 24 hours and transferred to your wallet immediately after approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. We hold no withdrawal beyond 24 hours unless we need additional verification.

Minimum deposit is Rp 10,000. Maximum single withdrawal is Rp 50,000,000 per transaction. Daily withdrawal limit is Rp 100,000,000. Limits depend on your account age and verification level; contact support to request a review if you're hitting limits regularly.

You can close your account anytime from Settings > Account Management. Once closed, we retain your data for seven years as required by local regulation. You may request early deletion of non-essential data by emailing [email protected] with your account ID and reason.

You may hold only one active account. Creating duplicate accounts violates the terms and both will be closed with balances forfeited. We detect multi-accounting through IP, device ID and payment method matching. If you need a fresh account, close your existing one first and wait 24 hours before registering again.
